Specialty coffee from

smallholder farmers

The COLINSA Cooperative is an organization of smallholder specialty coffee farmers growing mild Peruvian Arabicas in the Cajamarca region, 1,800 meters above sea level.

For us, coffee quality goes hand in hand with our bond with member families, who matter most and are the heart of our product. That is why we are committed to producing specialty coffee with high SCA cup scores and strong environmental and social responsibility, giving value back to the farming families.

At COLINSA, we care for quality from the farm to the cup. Working as a cooperative lets us understand each member's needs and provide the right technical assistance. This way we ensure the best farming practices and the cultivation of select coffee varieties, finished with selective hand-picking.

Finally, we also handle export logistics, so our coffee reaches your cup and the best markets in the world.

Processes

Fruity and creamy,
our anaerobic coffee.

Slowly fermented in an oxygen-free environment, anaerobic coffee brings out sweet, fruity flavors.

Delicate and fruity,
our honey coffee.

Coffee cherries are picked when ripe and wet-milled. The mucilage and parchment are kept on the bean, softening the aroma and flavor.

Bright and fruity,
our washed coffee.

Pulped coffee, free of cherry and skin, is fermented in a water tank. Removing the mucilage lightens the body and yields a bright, fruity cup.
